Now I don't really know this chick, apparently she sings some song called "Wind it up" (i think). In any case........she's a hot mess!! What the hell was she thinking??? Her roots are growing out, make up sucks, and her dress (I use that term loosely) looks like a super hero costume gone wrong. Oh, and let's not talk about the shoes! This is quite possibly one of the most hideous ensembles I've seen, ever.
