I was going to write about how this outfit could be described as nothing less than vile, and how my vision was dissipating because I was unfortunate enough to view it. Then, however, I looked again, and decided that labeling this travesty of the clearance rack at Target, an outfit would be far too kind. I decided instead, to say something nice.......I love how Hottie layered two pairs of fishnets to create the illusion of fish scales on her legs. There, I did it, your turn! Say something nice!
